Terms and Conditions

Locker Systems

1. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are issued in PDF format via our accounting software, Xero. Verbal pricing or quotations will not be provided. The quoted prices remain valid for the period specified in the PDF. If an order is placed after the validity period has expired, revised pricing may apply.

2. Order Confirmation and Payment Responsibility

Once an order is confirmed in writing, the client assumes full liability for payment. If the client wishes to cancel the order, this must be communicated in writing before the goods are dispatched. Failure to provide written notice of cancellation does not absolve the client of payment obligations, and the delivery of goods without prior cancellation notification will still require full payment.

3. Product Warranty

All products supplied by Locker Systems Limited come with a 10-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Electrical components, if included, are covered by a 1-year warranty. These warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

4. Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are received in a damaged condition. Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery note at the time of receipt and signed by the client. If no damage is noted at the time of delivery, the goods will be considered accepted in good condition.

5. No Liquidated Damages, Payment Retention, or CIS Deductions

Locker Systems Limited does not permit liquidated damages, payment retention, or deductions under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). All invoices must be paid in full according to the specified terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Locker Systems Limited.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices must be settled in full as per the terms outlined on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees, interest, or legal action to recover the outstanding amounts.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By confirming an order in writing, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
